SOAR Webinar: SOAR and HUD CoCs: Integration for Homeless Response System Improvement

The U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuums of Care (CoC) program is pivotal in addressing homelessness and housing instability across communities and states. The HUD CoC program requires a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness, which includes promoting access to and utilization of mainstream programs such as SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR), which increases access to stabilizing income and health insurance for people with disabilities.
