SOAR Outcomes Collection

It's that time of year again! The SAMHSA SOAR TA Center is collecting outcomes on SOAR-assisted adult SSI/SSDI cases and SOAR-assisted child SSI cases (initials and appeals) that were decided between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025.

Please check your SOAR Online Application Tracking (OAT) account to ensure that you have entered all decisions received on your SOAR-assisted SSI/SSDI applications -- both approvals and denials.

If you have questions about reporting outcomes, please contact your State Team Lead or SAMHSA SOAR TA Center Liaison. You can also reach out to the OAT Administrator with questions about using OAT.
