  • SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders: Call 1-800-662-HELP (4357) or find out more.
  • A Roadmap to Behavioral Health is a behavioral health resource for consumers. It offers important information about mental health and substance use disorder services, including definitions of behavioral health terms and guidance on how to find a behavioral health services provider, receive treatment, and obtain follow-up care. The resource walks through the "8 Steps of the Roadmap" to offer information specific to behavioral health and contains a glossary and links to other federal resources.
